Criminal Search
Help build a safer community. Run criminal background searches on all applicants.
Our tenant background screening helps you determine if a potential tenant has a background of violence, property destruction, sex offense or financial crime. We offer pre-employment checks too. Choose the geographic area you’d like to search – county, statewide or multi-state – and receive felony, misdemeanor, and prison sentence/incarceration records associated with an applicant so you can make informed leasing decisions.
InstantBackgroundChecks.us collects criminal background data from multiple sources as available, including the Department of Corrections (DOC), which includes records from state prisons and incarcerations. In addition, we access the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) which provides background records for criminal events that resulted in a court case being filed.
