Screen rental applicants nationwide with reports appropriate to your permissible purpose. Choose individual reports or a package. Available records and turnaround vary by search, jurisdiction and source availability; additional verification may be needed.

Tenant screening reports. Options include TransUnion credit reports, eviction searches, nationwide, statewide and federal criminal searches, sex offender registry searches, SSN validation, previous address history and OFAC watchlist searches. New Jersey is excluded from the nationwide criminal search. SSN validation or a trace alone does not prove identity or ownership of a number.

How ordering works. Register for tenant screening, complete account approval and obtain any required applicant authorization. Then log in, enter your applicant information, choose reports and pay by credit or debit card. Registration alone is not a paid report order.
